Your haven't received your access codes
- Do not contact us if it is less than 2 working days since your subscribed.
- Prior to contacting us, check the following:
- Verify your spam folder
- Check your filters and/or your provider's
- Check your mail used to make the PayPal payment; the codes will not be sent to a different address, so make sure you have used a valid email address when subscribing.
Your access codes are not working
- Login and password are case sensitive and cannot be changed. They are valid for a calendar year only. They will work from the moment you receive them until midnight on December 31 of the same year. If you wish to download magazines, please do so before that date.
- If you were previously a subscriber, clear your cache
- If you copy and paste the codes received, make sure you do not copy unnecessary spaces
- Try a different browser
- Make sure you are not trying to access the archive if you have bought a basic subscription (credentials are different).
You have bought (a) single issue(s)
- Do not contact us if it is less than 2 working days since you paid for the issue(s) which will be sent to the email address used to make the PayPal payment.
- Prior to contacting us, check the following:

- Check your filters and/or your provider's
- Make sure you have used a valid email address when paying.
The latest issue doesn't appear in the download area
- When each new magazine is ready, a message will be posted on the GP+ X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram accounts and Facebook page.
- If you do not follow us on social media, and the magazine is not showing, it might be because it is not out yet. It is published about 6 hours after the end of each race. It some cases, it can take a bit longer. So please be patient.
- If it is still not showing after a minimum of 6 hours, restart your browser and/or clear your cache.
You have issues downloading your magazine(s)
- Try using a another browser or downloading from a different location, or at a different time of day.
- This problem is always related to the quality of the Internet connection.
How gifts work (basic or bundle subscriptions)
- The person buying the gift will receive a "voucher" by email within 2 working days to print or forward the recipient who will then receive his/her access codes (a minimum of one working day is allowed for the person buying the gift to get a chance to deliver the voucher)
- The credentials to access the magazine will be sent exclusively by email (make sure you have used a valid email address for the beneficiary)
- Christmas gifts are sent on Christmas day
- Gifts recipients with the same email address as gift-givers will be treated as normal subscriptions.
